There hasn’t been a commercially available skidplate for the fuel tank until now.
We were the first to build and ship nationally.
This skid will be a direct replacement for the stock skid. It will be built entirely out of 3/16″ steel (including all mounts).
It is CNC laser cut, bent then welded. It comes complete with all necessary metric class 8.8 & 10.9 hardware and utilizes the OE frame points.
It is bare steel and ready for you to finish with your color of choice (painted red for photo purposes only) .
It is contoured to the shape of the tank which increased ground clearance and drive-shaft clearance over stock.
It has been designed to work with a factory e-locker and aftermarket belly skids from other companies.
The Lil’ Skips Offroad fuel tank skid has been tested on the trails in Colorado and in Moab.
